Default Open Faced Tuna Melt

P,Fa,D,S

6 oz can of water packed tuna
1T RF mayo
Onion
Morton's Lite Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
2 slices RF cheese
4" wheat pita

Mix tuna, mayo, a slice of onion and a dash of each spice together (I use either my Magic Bulllet or the food processor to mix it all together and it gets nice and smooth.

Split the pita and put 1/2 of mixture on each side. Top each 1/2 with a slice of cheese and toast under the broiler until the cheese melts.
