Im cringing as I write this... because I feel like someone's going to yell at me, because I keep leaving and comming back. But I'm here again.. and I will stay, come **** or high water.

*sigh*

Ive gained much more back... much much much... need I go on?

its so depressing.

Off I go.. going to drag myself to the cardio room... I know I'll feel better once I go, but right now I just feel so blah.

FAE! You are not the only one! Lord knows I've been back and forth, a lot of us have. Never cringe coming back...everyone here always has open arms. Recommit yourself, I just started again on Tuesday, we're in the same boat! I haven't lost anything new since May, I've been gaining and losing what I gained and doing that over and over!

Fae, NO ONE is going to yell at you. How do I know? Because when I came slinking back this week after being absent for a few months (lots of insanity and busy-ness on my end) no one yelled at me! I was welcomed with open arms. So you see, no one here is judgemental. Welcome back!

Usually when I try and lose weight I tell someone and when I fall off the wagon they look disappointed and when I get back on they look like they think I am lying.

You will never have that here because we're on the wagon right there with you and when I (we) fall off I am sure you'll reach out with a smile and a hug and say welcome back we missed you.

So Welcome back...you can do it...we missed you.

LOL...ok so I have never met you in life...but you get the idea.

Hiya Fae... seems a lot of people (myself included) are just making re-appearances... perhaps now that the weather's cooled off a bit we're more inclined to want to be active... which makes us want to re-start! Just a theory

But everyone's right, no one is going to yell at you for leaving and coming back and leaving and coming back....... that's life! Things change, priorities get switched around, we fall off the wagon... But the most important thing is that you're back! There's a mini-success in that alone! Be proud of yourself!

Yeah i know i hadnt logged on since june, and i gained like 10 lbs back.. stupid me... grrr.. Lets all try to STAY ON TRACK this time lol. I need to loose this dang weight!
