I'm back from Vacation!! We spent just over 2 weeks at my mom's place (my home town) by the lake. It was really nice
I can't say I ate good, infact, according to my scale this morning, I gained 7 pounds, yikes! Although to be honest 2 of those came the week before I left. Its hard to go home, man, everyone is so darn skinny and fit and healthy.. and *I* used to be that too!The good thing is that the stuff that really hit home was the fit and healthy thing, so I visited a Naturalpath, and I have a eating plan to help give me energy and get me healthy. I'm actually pretty excited about that, next year when we go I want to do this one hike I have done before. The top is the top of a mountain! That would be pretty amazing to do again. Anyways, I am just babbling! I'm excited to be back to working on my health, and look forward to the weight loss as well
