Default Week 1 Weight Results


Happy Saturday, Everyone!!

Just wanted to pipe in and say that I managed to lose 15.8 lbs. this week. It's my first week at WW after many attempts at WW and other weight lost plans over my life...I worked my butt off this week and while I know alot of it is "water weight"...I am really excited.

15.8 lbs? Oh my. In 1 week?
Its taken me 16 wks to lose 21 lbs. What have I been doing wrong?
