Baker's breakfast coookie 4/4
FF yogurt w/Kashi cereal mixed in 3/7

LF chili 2/9
Natural Ovens bagel 2/11

D:
Steamed veggies 0/11
1 cup skim milk 2/13
Boca burger on 2 slices LF bread 2/15
Baked french fries 4/19

Snack:
NONE - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!

Water:
88 oz plus

Exercise:
Mowed the grass (1 hour)

Point Range: 18-25

Hi kt. I wish we had natural ovens stuff available here.

breakfast:
eggos 2/2
smart dogs bacon stuff (couldn't fool the dog) 1/3
syrup 1/4
coffee w 1/2&1/2 1/5
snack:
carrots and celery
lunch:
ww pizza (veggie- not very good) 8/13
snack2:
1/3 package of jr. mints 2/15
dinner:
depends if I have strength after contentious meeting (maybe, but what to have?)
hc dinner because i'm lazy 5/20
salami 2/22
skinny cow 2/24
biscotti 2/26
water: yup (64 oz so far)
exercise: yup , 50 min efx and two dog walks
vitamin: yup

The Natural Ovens products are so good - since they're made here in Manitowoc, WI, it's pretty easy for me to find. A lot of people order their products on line - I think it's www.naturalovens.com
