saying how I couldn't get the damn scale to move that 1 lb i needed to make it to a 20# wt. loss... Here I hop on the scale this morning.. and low & behold, it moved!! Woooohooo!! I cannot tell you how excited I am to FINALLY have lost 20lbs!
Thanks! It's a huge accomplishment for me! I haven't weighed 160 in soooooo many yearsss.. I started gaining weight right after I got married..11years ago!
Doesnt' it feel good??? I recently passed that mark as well! I'm really looking forward to 30 lost...and then....40! We started out around the same weight...and are around the same now Do you find that when you got below 169 you felt better? No idea how tall you are, but I'm feeling great at where I'm sitting...I've loosened up on myself as far as expectations and I'd be ok to float between here and 140...if it goes, it goes!
Kim, I do feel great! It is amazing the amount of energy I have. Really! Who would've thought what a little weight loss could do for me. I am only about 5'2"
