My First Weigh in!!! - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I weighed in this morning for the first time. I have been on ww for exactly one week. I feel like I have eaten constantly. I have not been deprived. I have improved my eating habits. I exercise in 20 minutes increments every other day. And I weighed in this morning.

The scales dropped by 5.6 lbs since last Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sikked (sp).

I just had to share. This is wonderful, hopeful, encouraging news to me. I know not every week will be like this, but this is a great start for me. And it motivates me to keep on, keeping on.

I would appreciate any encouragement you could give me.

Thank you! I've taken a bit of a break - like, all year

- but I'm back on track now. This section of 3fc has really gotten slow and I wish it would pick up! I check in here about twice a week now to see if anyone has posted. I spend most of my time on the support groups, specifically the 300+ group. But they have some great WW stuff in this section. Good recipes!

This is just what I needed today. I have been in WW since April and am looking to get back that initial excitement. It really is about the journey.

Great job!! It feels great doesn't it? I had my first recommittment WI this morning too and also lost 5.6lbs
