What to eat before a big event
I have a 63 km bike ride to do tomorrow and a 55 km one the day after that... I've already eaten dinner, but does anyone have suggestions for what to eat in the morning in order to keep up my stamina throughout the day? I know I have a bad habit of not eating when I exercise for more than a couple hours, especially if it's hot out, so I need something that can keep me going for awhile, and maybe some good snack suggestions.
