Default points at dinner

I have just read the suggestions about starting the day at the dinner meal> What a wonderful idea. I will try that. Most of my breakfasts and lunch are quite similar. I think that is a great suggestion!

HI tryingagain, I started this post and want you to know it is so easy. I know it is a mind game, but I now eat at the lower to middle end of my point range and lose between 2-3 every week. I LOVE it...It seems less stressful because I can have what my family is having at dinner and not worry about going over. WW says to count the points in a 24 hour period so this is 24 hours. Let us know how you like it.....

I recently heard of this plan myself. Dinner is also a hard time for me as I never know what we are having until it is time to cook. I'm planning to start this tomorrow, as tonight is "weigh-in".

I have journaled the "traditional" way of breakfast, lunch, dinner and the "untraditional" way of starting with dinner and both worked for me.

I switch back and forth with the two methods.
