Diet-wise it has been going rather poorly, although I am trying to get back on track again this week. Probably more than half of those extra pounds are water, but that still leaves a good 10# of fat I have regained. I am back to logging everything I eat in on fitday, which should straighten me out. Somehow I can manage to feel like I am depriving myself and still gain a couple of pounds in a week, if I don't actually count the calories.
Not surprisingly lifting has been going pretty well, and I am approaching
PR's in the overhead press (245# seated/235# standing) and I did set a personal record in the rack pull the other day getting 640# from a little above the knee.
My arms are also 1.25" bigger and actually look more muscular, even with the extra 10# or so of fat.
