I just started talking spin classes and love it! How often do you spin per week?

I started last month. It is addictive! I love it! I do it at leat 2 times a week, but mostly 3 times. It gives the best work out, doesn't it?

I go 2-3 times a week, but over this summer I've switched to actually riding outside while the weather lets me! I'll be back in the gym enough when it gets cold and snowy.

I have never done a spinning class, but I've heard it really kicks your butt! As in, you will probably puke the first time you do it. I love that kind of workout--I don't think my gym has a class.

I spin once a week. Spinning is good for strengthening your legs. I'm not sure how fast you will see the results but it's a great way to get in some high impact cardio.

Dee,
Expect your butt to hurt, lol. That was the biggest thing for me when I took my first spinning class. Almost made me quit but I was determined to finish it. Your feet might hurt too if you do a lot of standing on the pedals. However: stay with it, go at your own pace, and you will fall in love with it. I did. I do it at least twice a week now, gives me a great work out. I am not sure it will reduce your butt and hips but I noticed that my thighs, hips and butt are shrinking, so maybe spinning has something to do with it...I started a month and a half ago. Let me know how you like it, ok? If that's you on the picture, you don't even look like you need to lose any weight...

Oh I love spinning but haven't done it since I moved back here from SoFlorida! When our pool closes this fall I think I will look for a place to do indoor water aerobics and spinning!
