Default I rock! Go me Go!

Im starting my own support thread. I nee dthe support, but I also want to post about my efforts.. I am doing the BFL challenge (my own, not the one for the BFL website or whatever) and I am on day 2! I have 82 days to go

Yesterday I ate all my clean meals (I hope.. I'd like to post them somewhere and get feedback, but I dont know where!) and did 30 minutes of intense cardio with some HIIT in it too. Today I did some intense cardio and an awesome UBWO!

I'm doing awesome!!!!

Yay!!

YAY for you!!! It's cute but I really have no idea what it is...

What do your acronyms mean? I don't know what the BFL diet is...

Keep that good feeling! Honor your commitment to your plan! You're doing great, remember, it's one day at a time! We can do just about anything for 1 day.

Thanks ladies!!!! Its awesome to come here in the morning and see some cheering section!

Sunni - BFL is Body for Life, HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. ie.. changing the intensity of your workout while doing it.. and UBWO and LBWO are upper body workout and lower body workout

So this morning, my upper body is so incredibly sore that typing hurts LOL. Its going to be painful to brush my teeth! I kinda like the feeling.. it makes me aware of what I am doing to my body, but OMG, I might die this morning!

I have been lurking over there today. Thank you for the suggestion Glory

So, I went to the gym this morning (like I will for the 82 days + heh) and did some good cardio. 20 mins of the elliptical and 20 on the treadmill. Finished with some ab work!

Have been eating well today although I took the kids to the pool this afternoon and instead of coming home and eating my planned snack, I took one of my 4 "cheat" meals, and had half a ww bagel and 1 tbsp of cream cheese from the local coffee place, and well it just didnt do it for me. I do much better with my planned meals that are balanced with protien and carbs.

But you know, Im doing awesome so Im happy!
