Hello Choc-Kiss. I'll be on this thread with you. I restarted recently and am on induction. I plan to stay on induction for 3-4 weeks and see how my progress is going.
So far so good for me. I need to get exercising a bit more though. I've been slacking on that a little. But this time around my mind is in a good place. I seem to be really content with the foods I eat and the foods I'm not supposed to eat. In fact, I don't really miss all the sugars! They make me feel yucky anyway.
Ann---welcome! I don't do well with challenges..but if you're looking for encouragement, I urge you to pop into the weekly chat threads. The ladies that "talk" there are AWESOME for encouragement!!! How're you doing so far?
