Default Kasha ???

Hi to all!
I am a long time lurker and a longer time WW lifetimer. I decided to give Core a shot as I have been above goal for quite some time now and have had little real success on Flex lately. I was wondering if Kasha (buckwheat) is a limited grain or not? I also was wondering if sweet potato falls into the limited category. Thanks so much for your help.........

Trish

Hey Trish! Kasha is not a limited grain but sweet potato does fall into the limited category of one per day.

I hope Core is the answer for you. I can live this way the rest of my life.
