Default Olive Garden Recipe

I don't know who else is an olive garden freak, but I found a website witht he recipe for the capellini pomodoro and it is OP (with a modification on my part) and it tasted like the real thing!

this is 2 servings

1 garlic clove minced
@5oz of plum tomatoes-diced
Calls for a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (I used some can't belive its not butter spary and pam cooking spray and it was fine, the tomatoes will make juice)
Pepper to taste
Basil to taste (basically your only seasoning, so you will need alot)
2/3 cup of pasta ( I used linguine)

Heat olive oil and add garlic; cook until it turns white. Add tomatoes and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes. Tomatoes should not lose their shape. Remove from heat. Transfer hot, cooked pasta to large bowl. Toss pasta gently with tomato mixture and basil

I added some mushrooms and 5 oz of shrimp to mine.
So I counted it as 2 veggies, 1 starch and 1protein

I'm taking the leftovers for lunch tommorrow.

It looks like it is going to bland from the recipe, but it tasted almost exactly like Olive Garden's
