Default Weekly Points Allowance????

OK so I'm a bit nervous. I definitely took advantage of my extra weekly points this weekend. To the point where when my weigh-in comes tomorrow, I'm afraid I won't have lost. And this was my first week! Any feedback on this??

Hi Ms Kitty!

Don't worry about using all the weekly allowance points...That's what they are for...TO BE USED! I think you'll be surprised at your weigh in. I lost over 4 pounds my first week on WW, and I didn't think I'd lost any!

And did you use your flex points the first week??

I use my 35 flex points every week and always lose. I used them my first week and lost over 7 pounds so try not to worry about it. If you don't do as well as you want, then you know next week not to use as many as your flex points. It's all individual and you'll find what works for you.

How did your weigh-in go Kitty? I'm just as scared about my weigh tomorrow. It's my first week too!

I haven't gone over for the week, but I hadn't been getting my water in and completely forgot about it yesterday til it was close to bedtime and ended up trying to drink too much too late. I was running to the bathroom all night lol.

Hopefully getting my water in all day today will help. I DO retain water a lot if I don't drink enough and if I don't get enough sleep.

I have used each and every point that W/W gave or I earned (TPs, WPA and APs) and lost each week I did. The weeks I didn't use them I had either a very low loss or none at all.
