Default Just want to lose weight.
I Actually had a lady not too long ago ask me when i was Due. Im not pregnant. I just started the south beach diet, but im not 100% sure im doing it right. There are so many things out there, i dont know what i can have. Is there an easy way to figuer it out?

You might want to check out the "Chicks on the Beach" section of the forums...they will be able to help you out a little more I think...

I did SB a while back and fat chicks on the beach forum was my savior! The girls there are so helpful as well as having a FAQ, Recipe and Suggestion section to kind of help you along. They are SB experts!
