Default Question about fiber.

Just curious.... If I take a fiber supplement, will it subtract a point or two from what I have already eaten. It would be awesome if it would!!!

Thanks in Advance!

No what reduces points with fiber is what is in the foods (peferablly naturally not added for health reasons). And it really doesn't reduce the points on foods that much. 1 gm of fiber only reduces points by .2; 2 gms of fiber by only .4; 3 gms fo fiber by only .6 and 4 or more gms by only .8. So you really don't even really lose a whole point by maxing out your fiber.
