Default What should I do?

Hi everyone ! I've been lurking for a few weeks now and am thinking of starting the body for life for women program, but am unsure. Do you all think its a good program and have any of you made modifications to it to increase your S-U-C-C-E-S-S.?
I have done well previously with contolled diet and exercise, but I'm spinning lately.
Look forward to sharing and losing with all of you, and I look forward to your replies.

If you need a structured program at this point, I the BFLFW is an excellent program. I haven't done it, but have read through the book. I did several cycles of the original BFL years ago and most of the tweeks that I made to BFL to make it work for me are incorporated in the new book (more cardio, less carbs, 5 meals instead of 6....)

SHANNON - Here are a couple of pluses off the top of my head, lots of direction for both the eating and exercise, good solid ideas. Also lots of people have successfully used the program and they are out there to offer encouragement and motivation and ideas. I really like the one day off a week.
