Hello, I am new to the board. I am 33 yrs old. I would like to lose about 30 pounds and need help. I can't wait to get to know everyone.

Hi welcome. I am new to 30 somethings as well. i am floating between this and 20 somethings, as I will be 30 in about 3 weeks. I have already found the 30 somethings to be a group of great people!
