Hey all!

I'm new to this thread, but not new to 3fatchicks. It's great that everyone is facing similar problems at the same age.

Weight loss has been a lifelong struggle for me. But I'm gonna do it, as I have to fit into this really hideous bridesmaid dress by the end of July, and am then moving overseas. I don't want to be identified as the "fat American", so I'm gonna do it!

Hope everyone is feeling as motivated as I am right now, cause we can do it!

I'm moving to Italy, land of fabulous food, men and of course, PASTA! I am addicted to carbs, so it will be tough, but I can do it. There are a lot of healthy alternatives to past there, although not as good. Everything in moderation, right??

misstraveller - I lived in Europe half my life, i was born there... and trust me... it might be pasta but the food is good food and the portions aren't outrageous as here in the states.
