I personally do not. I don't like milk very much at all, I get my calcium other places. If I do drink it I drink skim (or have it with cereal etc.). The whole dairy thing with the losing weight link is a little skewed, at least from what I have read (if that's even the reason you'd drink it).
Anyway, not much help! I was just excited to see a different type of post and wanted to comment!
I drink a LOT of milk...usually 2-3 cups (skim) with cereal or just plain. I also eat yogurt a lot too. I don't eat much cheese though- usually just a slice with a sandwich occassionally
I don't drink much milk, unless it is with cereal and since I don't really eat cereal, I don't drink milk very often either. When I do it is skim, since that what I grew up with. I like it, I just have a hard time working it into my calories.
However, I have a new found love for low-fat yogurt and fat free cottage cheese. So, I get a lot of dairy in.
I'm a cheese-addict, so I'm trying to stay away from that and see if I can enjoy foods even when they aren`t smoothered in cheddar.
I dont usally drink much milk. Dont really like it and never have. I do eat skim milk on cereal but I drain most of the milk off. I do get alot of dairy in though. I love light yogurts and low fat cottage cheese. YUMMY!
love milk! every so often i get cravings for a big, cold glass of milk. by a big glass i mean about 16oz. the milk i generally use is called essentially reduced fat. 8 fl. oz = 118 cal, 4.3g fat, 300mg calcium, 7.9g protein. the craving hits every so often, usually around the beginning of TOM.
otherwise i will have milk only in my coffee. i have porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast and prefer it without milk.
don't even get me started on cheese. it is evil (but i love it! )
so to answer your question, on an average day without my milk binge (as above), probably only a glass of milk per day taken in my coffee's.
When I was growing up I'd go through a litre a day - my mum called my her "little milk baby" was completely addicted. I think my bones will be thanking me for that one lol.
These days I only have milk in my tea and coffee at work. At home I drink soy milk. (and both varieties skim)
I don't really like milk... I take 1/4 cup nonfat milk powder in my morning protein shake but when I'm out of the powder I think I'll switch to soy because I like the taste of it better anyway. Thinking of drinking a substance made to feed a baby cow has always kind of skeeved me out for some reason.

haha, interesting way of looking at it...although, would you drink it if we just milked human women instead? I mean, all female mammals produce milk. Hmm, now I wonder what kinds of differences there are between human milk and other animals' milk (not that what we buy in the store is actually the same as what comes out of a cow naturally ).
I LOVE milk. My boyfriend hates it plain but will have it on cereal. I only buy skim because that's what my mother switched our family to when we were young, and at that age, I couldn't tell the difference--although I can now...whole milk is GROSS to me now!
I have milk on cereal or just a glass of milk with meals--especially with things like pasta and pizza...mmm...
I can't stand drinking milk as a beverage.. It irks me. Maybe it's a consistency thing.... I have it in cereal but just enough for the cereal to be wet. Like most of you guys, I eat enough yogurt and cottage cheese to compensate... When I do drink milk, I get lowfat lactose free calcium fortified milk (maybe it's modified enough that it doesn't seem much like milk to me anymore!).
Ugh - drinking milk straight grosses me out, especially when you know all the "extras" that are in there, courtesy of unhealthy cows. I stick to fortified soy milk. I do use creamin my coffee, but it's organic and the cows aren't given hormones, so they don't have the same health problems. Otherwise I get my calcium from vitamins, collard greens, and broccoli.
I used to drink lots of milk but I don't really anymore. I have it on my cereal sometimes, in my coffee, I like yogurt and cheese. But I just started taking calcium pills - I take two every morning even if I have some yogurt or something. I want all the calcium I can get - it's good for you and I don't want to lose my bones
I drink skim milk probably about once a day and eat low fat or fat free yogurt and low fat cheese a few times a week usually. Depends on what we have in the house. But always skim milk in my cereal and such.
