S/C/G: 216/116/125 100 Lbs Lost!

Height: 5' 1" Tall

Default Weigh in day was yesterday...

Lost 4 more pounds. I just started strength training again on Monday. Been 5 weeks since my surgery. I did well. A bit stiff on Tuesday, but a good stiff. Just wanted to share. 32 more pounds to go till goal.

congrats!! just keep going and how long did it take you to start seeing results? sometimes when i don't see the results i want fast enough i just want to give up but i know i can't and i won't
