I just bought a used Gazelle and like it - but it seems so easy. Maybe that will help me continue to use it!! Has anyone gotten good results from using the Gazelle for their exercise??
I bought a Gazelle about a week ago and have been on it a couple of times. The first time I was on it was for 15 minutes and the next few days after I could hardly walk. I am used to exercising so it's not like I just jumped on it without being ready. For me it targeted my calves, back of thighs, stomach and upper arms (biceps). I would say if kept up consistently it would definitely work. Hope this helps and let us know how it's working for you.
Yikes!! Thanks for your response - but I used it for about an hour today!! Half hour earlier in the day and another half hour tonight. I hope I can get out of bed to take my kids to school tomorrow! Thankfully I don't have to work until Tuesday!
