Default I need support!!!!

Hi all
I am back again and hopefully to stay - I was doing so well the last time I posted and then it all went downhill.
I have become lazy and that is soooo bad!! I am 31 now and not going anywhere fast with my figure or fitness.
So, I want to be hounded by all everyday to get my act together!!! I will post my food diary and my exercise log on a daily basis and I will not tell a lie, I will be brutally honest. I think this is the only way to name and shame myself.!!!!
My goal is to loose 20 kilograms by September 2006 (yes, 2006!)
I will post first thing in the morning all I consumed today!!!

thats quite a lot to loose... but ive lost a lot quick coz im big... (14lb on my 1st week!)


i saw ur blog... ur very pretty... dont be so hard on yourself!
the main thing is your making a change.. its the little ones that add up and make a big change.. ALSO ... easier to stick too...

You do look very pretty.

Do not be temtped to loose too much too soon I would say. You are bound to slip at some time and it is easier to get back into the swing of thing if you are losing around 2lb a week than if you have lost mega amounts. You will just think "Oh Bugger it!" and lose heart.

Also there is the problem of loose skin when you have lost weight. Not everyone's skin springs back.Better to go gradual.

Are you sure that the amount you want to lose is the right amount as you goal weight. See how you go - some people look better not too skinny. I for one and not planning to be a size 10 or even a 12. I am used to curves and would be happy as a 14 or 16. If I get stuck on that size- so be it (I am 18 at the moment).

I don't care that my arse is big - but I do hate my stomach. That can go as soon as it likes - if not sooner!

here is my food and exercise diary for yesterday!!!
1 june 2006
Breakfast:
1 brown bap with 1 fried egg and onions with ketchup
2 mugs of blk coffee
snack:
4 McVities choc digestive biscuits
500ml bottle of water
Lunch:

1 small pasta salad with pesto and avocado
2 small satsuma's
1 mug of blk tea
snack:
2 McVities choc digestive biscuits (yummy but bad!)
500ml bottle of water
1 banana
Supper:
2 Large flat mushrooms stuffed with paxo stuffing
a side serving of wholewheat pasta with pesto
1 small satsuma
500ml bottle of water

Exercise:
600 steps on my twist and stepper
arm lifts with cans of plum tomatoes whilst on the twist and stepper.

I was a bit dissappointed in my biscuit moments but one step at a time - !!
Today my goal is to drink at least 5 bottle of water (500ml) and do at least 1000 steps on my twist and stepper!!!
no pain no gain I guess!!!

I am so glad it is nearly weekend - had a really hectic week at work and need the break. ( an active break, I want to do one of my old calenetics videos and an hour of yoga )
