Hey there gang - and a warm welcome to Neon and Garfield. Ooooo those Olive Garden bread sticks are the death of me, but so tasty too!

I'm checking in from the vacation on my in law's computer. A bit slower than what I'm used to, but happy to have it. So far I've had Lobster Bisque (but a lighter cream sauce version), the lobster salad without the roll and tomorrow night the lobster (hopefully without too much butter). Points haven't been too bad. I think

Morning (8)
croissant - 5
cof - 1
1/3 muffin - 2

Midday (4)
major amounts of raw veggies - 0
seafood salad (fake crab and bit o' lobster w/ mayo) - 4

Evening (14)
1 drink - 2
corn on the cob - 2 butter - 1 string beans w/ tsp oil- 1
fish - 4 butter - 1
dessert - sauteed fruit in tsp butter, honey, and lemon - 3

Total - 26 1/2 - 2 banked = 24 1/2
lots o' water
swam 1/2 hr.
