Default NSV!!! You guys were right!!!

I haven't barely budged on the scale in several weeks but I must be losing inches because I just put on a pair of jeans and realized my "muffin top" is GONE!!! They're lowrise and I don't hang over them AT ALL!!! I can barely pinch any fat on my sides anymore (my arse is a whole different story LOL) but this is AWESOME! YAYAYAYYAAYAYAYYA I can wear shirts that don't make me look like the bag lady now LOL Maybe I'll even drop a size soon!! that would be AWESOME!!!

thats awsome! getting rid of my "Muffin top" is a top priority!! Did you do any particular exercises that you think might have helped that area? I know everyone says no such thing as loosing weight in isolated areas, but still, its worth a try right?
