They will check you in and charge your for registration and the meeting fee. Then you will weigh in for the first time. They will have a meeting with clapping and prizes (like sticker and key things) for people that have lost weight or exercised. Then they will spend some time trying to get you to buy more stuff. Then they give some stratagies for losing weight or exercising, just tips kind of stuff. Then they have you stay after and go over the core or flex program with you. I would go early, weigh in, get the stuff, and read over enough of it during the meeting that you can get whatever questions you have answered before you leave, but then, you can ask here too.

Tomorrow is my First meeting
Making the commitment to go is the hardest. You'll enjoy your meeting. Everyone will be really friendly and glad to see you. You'll be surrounded by people who are or have been right where you are.
