Morning Leigh! While I haven't planned my day, I have been doing lots of thinking. Since reading most of the 3FC book yesterday (about the Zone in particular), I've been rethinking my meals/snacks. The only meal that I really should share with my family (I have two boys home in short stints over the summer) is supper. Besides that I can eat whenever, whatever I want ... even at work, I have three breaks that don't necessarily have to be coffee, lunch, coffee -or- suppper, coffee, coffee
I'm also aware that that may not be duplicatable for a lot of folks and wonder if I'll post it in a daily thread then ...
Dunno, must keep thinking ...

Yesterday I went to the Vancouver Aquarium but I manged to eat OK! not that great, but okay. I haven't added it up yet...

as for today, oh dear... I am starving but I am too worrid, I turned on my light on my fish tank and there was a dead one and a bunch that appeared half dead. They seem okay at the moment, but after crying for half an hour and calling in sick to work I put some food in the tank and they started swimming around. But yah, I will eat once I calm down. When the store opens (little over an hour) I will rush down and get what I need to fix the water. Please dont die little fishies!
