Default Wave Two Salad Dressing

Try this really easy dressing

Ingredients
Pomegranate Molasses (Or try the Glaze at Trader Joe's or make your own with a bottle of juice. Reduce some in a pan until syrup-y
Lemon or Lime
Diced Onion or Shallot
Olive Oil
Honey to Taste
Champagne Vinegar (The Orange Champagne Vinegat @ Trader Joe's is a good choice too) or Balsamic Vinegar (Fruit Flavored is OK too)
Salt and Pepper

Finely chop an 1/4 of an onion (about 2 tablespoons worth) and place in bowl
Add 2-3 Tablespoons of Pomegranate Glaze/Syrup to bowl
Mix with about 1-2 Tablespoons of vinegar
Add the Juice of 1 lemon or lime (you can skip the citrus if you use orange flavored vinegar or balsamic vinegar)
Add honey to taste (your choice)
Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
season with salt and pepper
let sit for about 10 minutes before serving (even better on the second day!)


Try this dressing with bitter leaves in your salad: spring mix, arugula or frisee

Oh other uses for the Pomemgrante Molasses (whatever you call it)

1. Pomegranate Chicken
2. Glazed Fish (one with assertive flavors!)
3. Topping for Pork Chops
