ok i ordered a spiced cajun grilled chicken breast over a salad, around how many points do you think this would be?

Depends on the Dressing & what all else was on the salad.

I think typically they serve you a 4oz serving of chicken at lunch - I could be wrong - if I am someone I am sure will be here to correct me. And I think that is 4 or 5 points ... I'll go check

hm well i didnt use dressing and i was thinking of getting it for dinner and i just wasnt sure is the cajun spices added on points
