Hi everyone,
I'm not new here but I'm new to this section. I used to only want to lose 80 some lbs but have decided that after loosing that much another 30 is no big deal. So, I've decided to take the plunge and go for 155. That is 108 lbs away.
It seems so daunting. I had lost 70 lbs two years ago on atkins (which my doc believes is why I had to have my gallbladder out!) and then I went on this medication that made me hungry ALLTHE TIME and I gained it all back plus 8 more! Augh, I feel so horrible having to start all over again.
I guess also, I had lost it too fast (70 lbs in 5 months, 1 month starving and 4 months on induction phase of atkins) so this time I'm doing south beach which is FAR EASIER, and far healthier, I'm never hungry and I'm also excersizing this time. 30 mins a day 6 days a week. I already made my goal of 720 mins for may. yay!
I've also lost my first 10 lbs. My bf has lost 45, so I definately need to catch up,but am planning on making this the LAST TIME that I lose it and plano n KEEPING IT OFF!
Just thought I'd introduce myself.
