Default I've been eating too many points!!!!!!!!!

I weigh 178 pounds. I thought I was supposed to be eating between 24-29 points, but I just looked and I am supposed to be having between 22-27 points. EEK! I've been eating right around 24 points a day, rarely going over, so I am within the range, but I thought I could be getting as many as 29 points a day, Oops!
That said, I have lost 22 pounds since the beginning of April so I must be doing something right, lol!
The only reason I checked this morning is because I am so close to 175 and knew my points would be changing soon. I'm going to try to get 22 points in today and see how I feel. It's only 2 points less than I've been getting, so it shouldn't be too hard, right?

Hi Christy,

I have the WW food companion and the points calculator and am going to try WW at home as I can't pay the $12.00 per week. I weigh around 300 pounds. How many points am I allowed per day?

When do the points change?

Any words of wisdom?

THANKS!

Lori

Just a thought...are you losing at those points? Why not stay there and do those points until you hit a plateau and quit losing before you drop.

I stayed at 24 TargetPoints daily with 3-5 ActivityPoints and my 35 Flex-aka-WeeklyPoints all the way even when I was under 150 and still lost. I attribute the fact I get 34-35 TargetPoints daiy with the same 3-5 ActivityPoints and all my 35 FlextPoints at maintenance to doing that.

I am losing weight quite rapidly, so I guess I shouldn't be too concerned. Someone mentioned that those might be "old" point ranges, so I'm off to look for more info.
