Lightbulb I have a YUMMY pasta recipe I made tonight!

I have 7 children so I made a rather large batch of this, it can be reduced quite a bit I'm sure! Also, I didn't measure the dressing when I made it, but these are approx measurements.
I entered all the ingredients in my fit day and then used the total nutrition divided by 6. But as I mention at the bottom, you can stretch this into a full meal by adding salad greens to your plate and mix.

Egg Noodles, boiled, rinsed - 6 cups
Shrimp, steamed or boiled - 1 cup defrosted fully-cooked shrimp
Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing - 1/2 cup
Wishbone Italian dressing - 1/4 cup
Pepper, sweet, green, raw - 1/2 cup chopped
Onions, white, raw - 1/4 cup chopped
Tomatoes, raw - 1 cup diced
Cucumber, raw - 1 cup diced
Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup fresh shredded
pickles, dill - 1 cup chopped

The combination of Ranch and Italian dressings sounds odd, but is VERY good!
My son is a budding chef at a ritzy restaurant in town and the head chef told me about it when I commented on their YUMMY pasta!
Maybe make it even leaner with low fat dressings?

Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and dressings in a large bowl.
Next add Ranch dressing and stir well, salad should look sort of dry,
Now add Italian dressing till moistened.
Finally, add tomatoes and lightly toss.

Makes 11.75 cups which is approx. 6 - 1.93 cup servings at 368 calories per serving
(Calories 368 Fat 13.8 g Carb 45.5g Protein13.57g)

I made it as a side dish and had only 1 cup, but my husband had a whole serving and then added a bunch of lettuce!
Very good way to stretch out your calories!!

This does sound yummy. I'm going to try it sometime soon. I'm always in the market for an easy pasta salad. Thanks!
