Funny you should ask.. I just finished this.
Here's what I did:
Breakfast:
2 ounces Steamed Chicken Breast
1/8th cantalope
AM Snack:
1/8 cantalope
Lunch:
2 ounces Steamed Chicken Breast
1 cup lettuce
1 1/2 Tbsp Fat Free 1000 Isl. Dressing
PM Snack:
LA Lite
Dinner:
2 oz Steamed Chicken Breast
1 C lettuce
1 1/2 Tbsp Fat Free 1000 Isl. Dressing
1/8 Cantalope
Evening Snack:
LA Lite
1/8 Cantalope
I did chicken both days as it was convenient and only for that short period of time. OH and don't forget your water. I spread it out throughout the day as usual.
I only lost a pound at WI last night, but this AM I was down three on my scale so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
