Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone knows how many points for fresh coconut and for how much? How about the juice inside?
I just bought a coconut from the store and I got almost 2 cups of juice.
The coconut was oh so good, now I'm feeling guilty because I ate enough of it and I don't know the amount of points.
Can someone please help me.
