Default Fabulous Friday Menu, May 12, 2006

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Southwestern eggbeater omelet with Borden's FF sliced sharp cheddar cheese

Snack: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Natural pineapple cup

Dinner: Baked chicken, baked potato with FF sour cream, broccoli

Dessert: Orange Dreamsicle

You all got me in the mood for the dreamsicle so I will make it for Desert

Niki you are doing so great. Make sure you leave plenty of time for the dreamsicle to set up.

Thanks Melissa, I am trying, sometimes I feel like I am eating too much, not all at once just throughout the day. For example, i posted todays menu with what I expected to eat, but I also ate some deviled eggs & 2 core cornmeal cakes on top of my menu. I hope it isn't too much.
