Excellent, DNR!!

So I gained about 1/2 lb. last week, which is really baffling. While I try not to get discouraged when that happens (the not knowing why I gained--usually if I gain, I know exactly why!), even after all this time I get rather bummed. Add to that the fact that I'm going out of town for a week to the place where I ended up at 261 lbs. in the first place. Vacations are really hard for me even now, and especially when I go places where I'm eating out with friends I haven't seen at places I love to eat at. I'm planning on going to a gym while I'm there, walking a lot, and trying my best to watch the eating. Wish me luck!!

I stayed the same this week, lucky for me. I certainly didn't deserve to.

However, I did have my first non night last night in a very long time

Starting over.

I'd lost 44 lbs. and due to stress and carelessness, 32 found me.

I maintained this week. Entirely my fault. I thought I could get away with certain things and it came back and bit me in the hiney.

Well, I guess this isn't a "weekly" weigh-in, as I have been off the wagon for 3 weeks... but... I've redicated - and I'm down 3lbs! But the biggest shock... I'm down 7% body fat... 7%! GONE! YAY!!

Hey, I REALLY do know how you're feeling, Sea

I lost 40 and gained back 25...it's just awful...rolls coming back where they had disappeared from...double chin returning, and I just can't seem to get a handle on it...it really sucks.

We'll do this....PM me if you would like to talk more, OK?
xoxo

well this is my first week of dieting again and really trying to lose weight. This is my first time being involved here and I can say that it is really helping so far to have that accountability. So here goes with the weekly weigh in.
Pounds lost this week 3.8. Yeah!!!!

I maintained this week, which I wasn't really expecting. It looks like I'll be switching things up a little. I might still have too much of something that's too unhealthy in my diet. Condiments are my downfall.
