How do all of you divide up your points for the day? I usually do mine like this:
Breakfast: 4
AM snack: 2 or 3
Lunch: 6
PM snack: 2
Dinner: 5 or 6
But often after dinner I graze a bit. Sometimes I get really hungry after dinner, so I was thinking of adding a few points in the morning (I get 20 a day before flex) to see if I wouldn't be so hungry later.
How about a small snack before you go to bed to help with that after-dinner hunger? I usually have a WW fudge bar at 8:00 pm, which holds me through the night.
I'm allowed 24 points for now... so this is about average on how I use my points:
Breakfast: 3-4
Lunch: 5-6
Dinner: 6-8
And the rest I use on snacks or drinks like milk. I also plan my meals for the day ahead of time and backwards, starting with dinner. Dinner always uses the highest amount of points for me, so by planning that meal first, if it happens to be low in points, I know I can enjoy a bigger breakfast or lunch that day. I honestly have been having a hard time using all of my 24 points! I think I'll almost be releived when it drops to 22 or 20!
