Default Question on Einstein Bagels Salad

I had the Einstein Bagel Company's Asiago Salad for lunch. I counted the chicken as 4 points, lots of free point lettuce and very little of the asiago and salad dressing - no croutons. So I figured that maybe 6-8 points total. Well, I went to a restaurant site and they said that this salad is 18 points!!!! Can anyone tell me what they think??????

Depending on the salad dressing and if htere is any oil used to cook the chicken yeah I can see it. I've never had it but did you try the Einstein's site first? THat is going to be the most accurate. This is the information direction from the Einstein's Bagel site:

siago Chicken Ceasar

Serving Size: 1 Salad

Weight: 383g

Calories: 740 - Calories From Fat: 460 - % Calories From Fat: 62%
Total Fat: 54g - Saturated Fat: 11g - Trans Fat: 1g
Cholesterol: 90mg
Sodium: 1400mg
Total Carbs: 25g
Dietary Fiber: 3g
Sugars: 6g
Protein: 33g
Vitamin A: 70%
Vitamin C: 50%
Calcium: 25%
Iron: 15%

And that actually makes the salad 19 points.

I looked at the restaurant site after I had the salad - next time, I will have a bagel!
