Hi Everyone! I am 20 years old, and I just stumbled across this website. I am in college and studying abroad for the year. I am having a very hard time maintaining my weight or losing any at all. I just seem to be gaining. My current weight is 160 lbs. and I'm 5'2". I am just looking for some support!

Hey! welcome! Our stats are almost the same! I'm just a little older though lol. Good luck! I am having a tough time losing weight despite trying really hard. Not sure what else to do. I read all the posts here trying to learn something new!
