Since I had my son, I've been eating total crap because it's easy to grab fast food and less-than-healthy foods when you're on the go or only have one hand to eat with. I just started Phase 1 yesterday and I awoke this morning having some issues that sent me running for the toilet. I'm wondering if this is like a "fat flush" sort of thing? I read somewhere that it's common to feel constipated during phase 1 but I'm having just the opposite problem. Has anyone else had this problem? Or should I attribute it to something else?TIA!
Yesterday I had 2 eggs with a bit of onion for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a chicken/tomato/italian seasoning/veggie concoction for dinner. Nothing out of the ordinary. I guess maybe it was just the drastic change in eating habit that upset me a bit.
I have that problem too. I think it just is the different foods in there rather than fatty junk. Watch the sf stuff cuz that will cause some major problems if you eat too much.
