I am not following a specific diet, I eat what I want, in moderation of course and a whole lot better than I used to.
I am 29 and need to lose 50#! UGH! I'm looking for a great support group and was hoping i'd be welcome here. I have done soo many different diets in the past to only fail.
Welcome! I don't "diet" either. I eat what I want when I want. But--- I try to keep it in moderation and I have realized that I don't really "want" McD's or other really unhealthy stuff anymore because I know how bad they are and how far I have come and just by thinking that they lose their appeal.
