Slack is the diet-killer.
Slack is the little death that brings non-motivation.
I will face my laziness.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone I will turn my eye back to The Plan.
When the slack has gone there will be commitment,
and I will remain... healthy.

I love Dune! Frank Herbert is one of my favorite writers.

Those are some creative takes on the exerpt. I hope the mantra works for you. I keep a small notebook with me all the time with diet related quotes to keep me on track. Words can be very powerful.
