Some days I can gain 6 pounds. Just depends what you eat and drink and your body bloats - it sucks, but it is normal

Sorry, I don’t want to sound like your mom or anything, but 500 cals a day is unhealthy for anyone. Even small children need to eat more than that. 1200 is the minimum you can get by on (and only then through proper nutrition planning) not the maximum.

I’ve lost about 30 lbs in 30 weeks, but it’s been far from an even pound a week rate. My body tends to hold at a weight for a couple weeks and let things go in spurts.

I agree. You HAVE to eat more than that a day. 1200 is the minimum. If you don't eat enough then you won't be giving your body enough fuel to function everyday. It's like trying to drive 200 miles on one gallon of gas. Not going to work.

I want you to be healthy in your weightloss and in everyday life. I've been eating around 1300-1500 calories a day and have been losing an average of 1-2 lbs a week. Your weight loss might be slower, but you will be alot healthier because of it.

Wishing you the best.
