ok, so i have been SO "good" for the last month (give or take 2 days...) - and then this week. i got a head cold this week as well as an earache (which i get earaches about twice a month...) but it's a hard one. anyways - because of the sinus/head cold - i havn't exercised since LAST friday...and i have eaten SOOOO much junk this week - with NO counting. :-( and i HATE it. plus too, i haven't had $$ to go grocery shopping yet (don't get paid til next week). i just needed to complain...
i AM going to get right back on track as soon as i feel better. i know that being sick is NOT an "excuse" to eat junk - it's just easy - but the funny thing - eating this way - really ISN'T "me"...ya know? i realized that this week - this isn't the way i normally eat and so it DOES feel weird. but i just can't think at ALL when i'm sick and so i feel like crap eating this way. i just can't wait to feel better.

Wow, the only time I can eat healthy without possibly incorporating anything the slightest bit unhealthy is when I'm sick. Of course, that never happens because I've got immunity as strong as an ox! I kinda wish I got sick occasionally, because everytime I do (almost never!) my body just loses weight quickly afterwards.

hope ya feel better! Maybe its not as bad as you think. I cant remember the last time Ive been sick, but I remember its not fun. Generally I dont eat much of anything because everything taste like cardboard!
