It is SOOOOOO oK to eat chips
This plan is not about punishment or guilt or confession.... Please.
If you NEED to eat chips -- fine. You write them down in your journal, you have accounted for them, and it's ok.
Do we want you to eat fruit and vegetables? of course. Do we assign points to chips? of course. The reality is that we eat what we NEED to eat, what we want to eat. As long as you understand that you need to "account" for them -- that is, allocate point, you're all set. Are you a WW member? Then you will see in the meeting rooms poster of all foods... with their points (including chips.)
You did not commit a venal sit. You ate what you wanted to, and understood that you added them into you day's total. Fine. move passed it and tomorrow is another day, with other choices, other needs, other stimulus. You're fine and we are there for you. Smile. It's a good thing! love ya.
