i lost 2 lbs this week! it may not be much but its a start! i just started here on this forum.
ya know the best part?? sundays i declare a 'cheat day'!!!!! and still lost 2 lbs!
Just a quick reminder - Your cheat day (Sunday) should be a "reward day". Reward yourself with something fun - like a walk or a new nail polish or something non food related! It's sooooo hard to get excited to loose the 2 pounds you lost, but gained back! =0) I have been there!!!! ugggghhhh!!!
