You've lost weight before so you know you can do it. This time, however, consider a lifestyle change rather than going on a diet where you can "fall off the wagon." Ask yourself what you can live with for the rest of your life because to maintain any weight loss, you'll need to keep on doing whatever it is you're going to do to lose weight (read the Maintainers thread for lots of great tips).

You can't sustain a diet, but you can sustain life changes that will allow you to lose weight and keep it off. Don't worry about how long it will take because, again, it's a lifestyle change that you will live with forever. You WILL be successful!

Jump right back on the wagon and hang in there. You have done it before and now's the time to start again, before you have a chance to regain any more. Good luck. I live in Pocola , OK, if you need some inspiration or help you are free to leave messages for me.
