Just so you know I took eveyone's advice last week and it worked!!
I broke through my first plateau!
I have been bouncing back and forth between 270 and 271 for a month. I increased my calories and changed my exercise routine and it worked. I weighed over the weekend and I was 267 and I was still 267 this morning. I thought I would never get below 270!
I hope I'm back on track for awhile now thanks to everyone's help. Yippee!
